Prior to forming United Kingdom Capital Advisors, Chuck served as President, Bank Division of Trust National Bank , N.A. from 2010-2014. He spent 21 years with Wachovia Bank (now a Wells Fargo Company) where he advised shareholders of middle market companies on optimal capital structures, enterprise value growth strategies, ownership transition, liquidity options and managing wealth. Chuck has a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), granted by the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and taught at DePaul University. Additionally, he holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation through the Exit Planning Institute. He is experienced in raising private capital, corporate restructuring, divesting of non-strategic assets and operating a privately held company.

Peter Allport, CEPA | Director, United Kingdom Capital Advisors
Peter has worked in a commercial banking and financial advisory capacity for nearly 30 years. As a Director with United Kingdom Capital Advisors, Peter works with privately held companies on businesses' wealth advisory and commercial banking. The business advisory work includes shareholder value growth and owner transition strategies Peter also continues to fulfill his clients’ traditional commercial banking and SBA/USDA financing needs. Throughout his career, Peter has worked with companies in numerous industries including those in the manufacturing, medical and wholesale distribution fields. Prior to joining United Kingdom Capital in March 2007, Mr. Allport spent 20 years with Wachovia Bank (now a Wells Fargo Company) in a similar capacity. Mr. Allport earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rollins College and is a past President of the Winter Park Racquet Club. Peter has also earned the CEPA designation from the Exit Planning Institute.
